In 2000, after returning to Amman from Cairo, Jamal and Shereen Ayyoub dedicated themselves to full-time Christian education. Their passion for working with children and teens was shaped by years of ministry in Evangelical churches across Jordan and the Middle East.
While serving with Campus Crusade for Christ in Egypt, they gained valuable ministry experience. Back in Amman, Shereen taught Christian education at a private school, and Jamal joined Amman Baptist School, where they began developing a Bible curriculum for children.
In 2001, Jamal earned a Higher Diploma in Biblical Studies from the Jordan Evangelical Theological Seminary, supporting his work with youth in Jordan and beyond, and assisting Shereen in writing the curriculum. Their efforts led to the 2005 release of Alinjeel Lehaza Aljeel (“The Bible for This Generation”) for grades 7–11. The curriculum has since been adopted by several schools.
In 2008, Shereen earned a master’s degree in Christian Education with a focus on curriculum development. Together, they expanded the curriculum to include grades 1–6, completing the full series by 2010.
Shereen later earned a diploma in Educational Technology (2011), while Jamal became a certified Google Instructor. Both have been actively involved in online education.
In 2025, Shereen completed her second master’s degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Design from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
It is my privilege to provide this recommendation letter for Jamal and Shereen Ayyoub. I have known Jamal and his wife, Shereen, for over twenty years. When I went to Jordan in 1999, I taught for a local seminary, the Jordan Evangelical Theological Seminary (JETS). Jamal was my translator for some of the courses I taught there in the field of Christian Education. Soon after that, I met Shereen and had her as a student in many of my education courses. In fact, after completing our course on Curriculum Development, she began a multiple-year journey of writing a curriculum for the classes that private Jordanian schools require in religious education for their Christian students. She and Jamal have since published this curriculum for all grades in Arabic, the only one of its kind today! This has had quite an impact in the schools where it has been taught.
Over the entire twenty years I have known them, I have watched them impact hundreds in the Christian schools they have worked in, as well as in various local church ministries in which they have served. Jamal has been involved as a worship leader in the “mother” Baptist church in Amman, and then he served as a worship leader in the Amman International Church where I served as pastor. Shereen has served with Practical Theological Education by Extension (PTEE) to help turn their live courses into online learning. She also served in one of our women’s Bible study groups, as well as developing a new ministry for pre-teens.
I can speak without reservation for their faithful service to the Lord, the lost, and to both the Arab and international church communities. I counted them as a vital part of our international church team, and it was a privilege to serve alongside them for so many years.

We testify to the Christian integrity and giftedness of Jamal and Shereen Ayyoub who are dear friends. Shereen in particular has earned three awards of excellence upon her graduation from our seminary. She has also developed an outstanding curriculum in Arabic for the schools in Jordan.
After many years of effective service in Jordan, Jamal and Shereen emigrated to the USA. We are proud of them and endorse every effort Shereen makes with the support of her husband to expand the Christian Education curriculum, not only for Arab countries, but also for Arabs in western countries with large Arab populations. This will be in both Arabic and English, which can be of benefit also to westerners globally.
With best wishes and every blessing,

I have known Shereen Karadsheh for many years as a highly gifted and virtuous Christian Woman. In addition to her scientific education and training as a pharmacist, she is a skilled writer, editor, and translator, and a passionate educator. Her magnum opus, a complete quality Christian education curriculum for both Christian and secular schools in Jordan, is well written and rich in meaning and application, and is still being used in several schools in Jordan. She also taught Christian education for some five years at a non-Christian school in Amman and made a pronounced impact. Along with her energetic husband, the couple translated an illustrated Bible for children from English to Arabic, led a teens ministry at Baptist churches in Jordan for several years, and served in evangelism. An advanced and specialized course in Christian education will surely enhance Shereen's capabilities, hone her skills, and equip her even more to serve the Master. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
As for Jamal Ayoub, he is well-known in the church in Jordan and to me personally as a live, energetic, and socially active church leader who has been utilizing his skills and training to serve the Lord in multi-faceted ministries. He served as a live worship leader at the Amman Baptist Church, and an administrator in the Jordan Baptist Convention. In particular, he developed with his gifted wife, Shereen, a quality Christian education curriculum for both Christian and secular schools in Jordan. The couple also translated an illustrated Bible for children from English to Arabic, led a teens ministry at Baptist churches in Jordan for several years, and served together in evangelism. In addition to his spiritual gifts, Jamal successfully developed the computer technology and information system at the Amman Baptist School and worked for some time in real estate. A specialized academic training in Christian education would surely enhance his gifts and better equip him to utilize his energy, long experience, and zeal to serve the church.
